Nature of Services

  • We provide subscription-based digital services which are activated immediately upon payment.
  • As these are digital goods that are delivered instantly, we generally do not provide refunds once the service has been accessed.
  • New users are provided with a 3-day trial period after registration to evaluate our services before committing to a paid plan.

No Refund Policy

  • Once a plan is activated after the trial period, no refund of any amount will be provided under any circumstances.
  • By activating a plan, users acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
  • Plans are considered activated immediately upon successful payment after the trial period.
  • During the 3-day trial period, users may cancel without charge before converting to a paid plan.

Exceptions

Odipay Tech Pvt. Ltd. does not offer refunds except in cases where it is required by law. Any refund request must be supported by a valid legal claim.
